Parish of North Essa  

Welcome to the Anglican Parish of North Essa. Nestled among the rolling hills and whispering fields, our quaint country churches stand as a timeless beacon of faith, echoing hymns and the warmth of generations past.

 

We are a two point parish made up of St. George’s in Utopia and Christ Church – St. Jude’s in Ivy. Each church provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive community of faith.

Rooted in the commandment to love one another, we seek to serve God and our neighbours in our communities and beyond. Our fundraising efforts support various local non-profit charities and we annually host and participate in fun events, such as scrapbooking, seasonal fairs and bake sales. Every year we contribute and prepare over 100 shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child to send to children in need around the world.
